What do I do when my member name and password do not seem to work?
If your browser stays at the main welcoming screen after attempting to login, please ensure your system clock (date/time/year) is correct.

If you’re redirected to a login error page, make sure your caps lock is off as your password and member name are case sensitive. Also, check your cookie settings to ensure they’re on a medium privacy level and clear all cookies and cache in your browser.

3. Buying an image

How do I buy images or a virtual CD?

When you are ready to purchase images, just select the image(s) that you want and the instructions on the site will walk you through the ordering and purchasing process. At every step you will be given the option to abandon the purchase procedure. Choosing that option will return you, and the selected images, to the Shopping Cart. You can add items to the Shopping Cart from a lightbox or from search results. Images can be stored in the Shopping Cart between site visits, so you do not have to buy everything at one time.

Items in your cart or lightbox will always display the price calculated when usage was last set. Placing a priced item in your cart or lightbox does not reserve the price shown at that time; prices may change between the time you place it in your cart or lightbox and the time you purchase it.
